Mineiraria is a documentary web series (8 episodes of 2:30 min) about tourism and Minas Gerais cuisine that reveals Minas Gerais through its flavors. Through journeys throughout the state, the series showcases cities and characters from Minas Gerais who in some way participate in the production chain of one of the most delicious cuisines in Brazil and the world.
